My advice is to avoid being tricked by manufacturers’ claims that feature Bluetooth in their printers’ specifications. You may argue with me and say that hundreds of printers are being sold on Amazon, and most of them support wireless connections.
Unfortunately, this is not true, and finding a good Bluetooth printer for Mac is a real challenge. One would think that printer manufacturers would add Bluetooth by default because they want to meet customers’ needs.
And this fact became even more critical after Apple slashed the number and types of connectors that come with the latest MacBooks.įor instance, if you need a printer, you are less likely to look for one that requires a cable, because you either need an adapter or you don’t have a free port.
All Macs, including MacBooks and desktop Apple computers, come equipped with Bluetooth.
